Payment information: Billing details processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Device information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for optimizing the experience.

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Process transactions and manage your account.
Send you important updates about the Service (e.g., security alerts, billing notifications).

3. Data Storage (Supabase)

Your account data, presets, and application state are stored using Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database platform. Supabase provides row-level security, encrypted connections, and regular backups.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Noiseworks:

We only share information with these services to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Delete your account and associated data through your account settings.
Export your data upon request.
Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., payment transaction records for tax purposes).

Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be traced back to individual users.

7. Cookies

Noiseworks uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
